In the hands of none other than Venom ( Eddie Brock), Parker feels his life ebbing away. Venom Infectsįour days prior, Spider-man is in terrible peril. The black figure sends out tendrils that envelop Spider-man and drag him into the darkness. Seeing this, Mary Jane begs Peter to flee, but to no avail. All the while a mysterious black figure approaches through the shadows. MJ rebukes Peter about still having the alien symbiote suit and demands he get rid of the black suit. Eventually finding the pair after a near automobile collision, Spider-man implores Mary Jane to think of her own safety especially given her broken arm. When the soldiers don't have the answer he seeks, Spider-man departs to continue his search elsewhere in the streets.
After rescuing the soldiers, he frantically demands to know if they have seen Luke Cage or Mary Jane. Mary Jane Solicitousĭesperately searching for any sign of his love Mary Jane, Pete encounters numerous S.H.I.E.L.D. Peter, as Spider-man, leaves the broken rooftop battle ground and engages battle in the streets of NY against the seemingly endless symbiote forces. Peter however only has one goal in mind, to quell the symbiote invasion and rescue his city at any cost. and the symbiotes wage a terrible battle in the background.
As New York crumbles around him, S.H.I.E.L.D. All over the city, chaos and madness reign. Peter Parker, Spider-man, is in terrible peril. This storyline describes players making the Red (Good/Light) decisions at every opportunity. The game features a wealth of popular Marvel Comics characters, including the Kingpin, Luke Cage, Mary Jane Watson, Venom, the Vulture, and Wolverine of the X-Men.
Spider-Man: Web of Shadows features a completely original story and is not related to any movie or comic book storyline. Spider-Man has to work with both heroes and villains from the Marvel Comics universe to track down Venom and stop the invasion before he too is overwhelmed by the symbiote attached to him. As a result, the entire city is cut off from the outside world. has quarantined Manhattan to prevent the invasion from spreading. Overview Venom has returned to New York to infect the city with an army of Symbiotes.
